Leadership Challenge
We are the Marshall County Leadership Challenge, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring leaders in Marshall County. Our mission is to foster leadership skills, encourage community involvement, and create positive change in our county.
We offer various programs and events throughout the year to help our alumni and members continue to grow as leaders. From networking events to community leadership luncheons, we provide opportunities for personal and professional development.
Since 1992, we have had over 750 alumni members who have gone on to make a significant impact in their communities.
