What is the Marshall County Leadership Challenge?
The Marshall County Leadership Challenge (MCLC) was founded in 1992 as an avenue to prepare and build leadership resources within our entire county. The select group of participants will be comprised of leaders and emerging leaders of the area.
They will receive an intense view of civic and governmental leadership through direct contact with a wide spectrum of institutions that keep Marshall County solvent and moving forward.
MCLC is an educational opportunity through participatory experiences.
